Winter squash stuffed with rice, colourful beetroot, apple and fennel. This is a lovely seasonal dish using our local and seasonal products!

Please note that the recipe involves a tahini dressing which is not included in the £10 recipe box. If you would like to add on the tahini, please pay for it separately through the shop at the bottom of the shop page. Alternatively, you can have the meal without the dressing.
